BIGHIT MUSIC, the management behind BTS, took to Weverse to provide an update to their dedicated fanbase, ARMY, regarding the impending South Korean military enlistment of Jimin, Jungkook, RM, and V—members yet to complete their service.

Expressing gratitude for the continuous support, BIGHIT MUSIC shared, “We would like to update you on RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook’s upcoming enlistment into the military.”

The announcement detailed that RM and V would follow individual enlistment procedures, while Jimin and Jung Kook are slated to enlist together. The management clarified that there won’t be an official event on the day of their entry and requested fans to convey their well-wishes privately, as the entrance ceremony is exclusively for military personnel and their families.

To avoid potential crowding issues, fans were advised against visiting the enlistment site. BIGHIT MUSIC also cautioned against purchasing unauthorized tours or product packages during the entire band’s service period.

The statement concluded with a plea for continuous support for RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook throughout their military service, ensuring that the company would provide the necessary support during this time.

In adherence to South Korean law, which mandates military service for all able-bodied men aged 18 to 28, the entire BTS group, including members J-Hope, Jin, and Suga, is committed to fulfilling their service requirement. Earlier enlistments by Jin, J-Hope, and Suga were announced, and now, with this update, the spotlight is on the remaining members.
